I have been marketing realtors for quite sometime now through what you referred to as spam email. I have actually had success, but I tried your method recently and found that I can actually have more success because I can guarantee that the top realtors are the ones reading my email and actually expecting it after my call. Thanks for the free tip and all that you offer in your free marketing workshop.

So far so good Chad. Calling the realtors first rather than emailing them has been a hit. Many are shocked that i would to find out if it was okay to send them an email.
