		<description>Great niche to go after.  I have a friend who started out doing pay per click marketing while building his blog for VA loans and now gets business soley from his blog.  

Keep in mind USDA rural is still 100% loan where you can roll all the closing costs in too.  The only issue is you have to find communities classified as rural but it&#039;s not that hard.
