Great call yesterday for Day #2 of Unleashed. I am especially grateful to Michael and Roy who shared their results with us live on yesterday’s call! Very unexpected, but very pleasant to hear listeners speaking up to share their results. So how about you? What are you doing to create momentum right this minute?
It’s easy to think up reasons to “hold off” on taking action that we might find uncomfortable. But most of those ‘reasons’ are dashed to pieces when you see what’s possible when we stop putting things off, and take action right now. Reality is a wonderful teacher. You will learn more in 1 hour of taking action than 30 days of “thinking about it.”
So how about it? Will you be our next listener to speak up and tell us about your great results? Roy shared with us yesterday that he landed 7 “yeses” from the Realtors he spoke with (Out of 12) + 1 agent who asked to schedule a meeting right away! Not bad for less than 2 hours of work! Imagine what would happen if he stuck with this for the rest of the month?
See, this is the best part about marketing to Realtors. Eventually you can toggle down your efforts. Imagine if Roy kept this up for a full month, and landed several high producers Realtor partners? He would then be able to toggle down his efforts, and spend more time on closing the referrals than on getting new Realtor partners. But his ability to get these appointments will never go away, so long as he is willing to take action “as needed”. Nice feeling isn’t it?

Thanks again for bringing us valuable information. I learn more on your calls than I could by trying to figure it out myself.
Most of all, you do this all for free!!! Most others would be pitching some system to get all the information you unselfishly give away.

Chad, great 5 days of training. I made some additional calls on Saturday and got in touch with a couple new agents who were shocked that I was making calls on Saturday. Overall I was able to add 11 new agents including the broker open I will be at on Wednesday. I am very excited about the possibilities and have set aside time Monday through Thursday to crank out calls. I have one of my new LOs coming in to make calls with me so that we can critique each other as well crank up his business. Thanks again for the great training.

I’m excited to see what you’ve accomplished so far. 1.1 million dollar loan, Broker Open meeting, over 20 agents who want to see your marketing, and a foot in the door with the Co-Owner of a local Remax office!

I am a little behind schedule due to company change and getting loans closed but had a chance to catch up on my calls this week. One particular call I had was with a realtor that at first didn’t want to be added to the newsletter list. After talking with him and explaining to him that it was only sent out twice/month and there is an opt out feature he agreed to join. In fact through the conversation he said he gets a number of emails from various loan officers in the area and I am the only one that has ever called him to get permission to send him an email…that is invaluable and really not that diffcult to do. Just wanted to thank you and let you know that initially it is working. He wasn’t the only one to tell me that by the way. A number of realtors thanked me for calling them prior to just sending an email.

Okay Chad just a quick update. The phone calls are going well but I do not really count them until they amount to something. The broker open was a bit lackluster although I did secure the commitment of the seller for financing on the new home. One of the other agents I contacted and met with sent me a client (5/30) that needs financing and will be making an offer this week. Finally I secured a meeting with a local office for this week. The office has 18 agents and I will be meeting with the owner who will then introduce me to the agents. It appears I will have carte blanche to meet with everyone. The round table idea was a huge success.
I am looking forward to the Realtor site class this week.
