This post will be multi-faceted. On the mortgage loan marketing front, I am happy to report that our Loan Officer 2.0 – Dominating the Search Engines program has launched, and is already proving to be a highly effective marketing strategy for our members:

The real kicker behind all this? We just launched Thursday, and these results were emailed to me by Sunday night, and Monday morning! So what’s the big deal? Anyone can show up on the front page of Google when you search for your own website. That’s a cinch. But what happens when you search for the same keywords that buyers are using? (Homes for sale, loan officer, mortgage broker etc.)
Go to Google right now and see if you can find yourself! (You won’t) If you want to get some really hot leads, try the same searches, but for your own city. There are tens of thousands of searches each MONTH, from people hunting for homes, loans, and financing solutions in your very own city. If you’re not showing up on page #1, then those leads are going to someone else… In a market where you need all the business you can get, that’s a sad thing to happen.

Finding the keywords really help.. I must have spent at least 30 minutes to finally fine one that would work and posted a blog asap using the 2.0 system that Chad instructed us and I ended up on the first page of google in my home town.. it was great…now on to another posting. Thanks Chad
