It’s Sunday night and I have one quick question for you.
What will you do differently this week than last?
That’s it. It doesn’t have to be monumental, but keep this in mind. If you don’t do something differently this week you are almost guaranteed to keeping the same results you’re getting now.
I think the key to change is getting used to change itself until change becomes comfortable. Start with something small if that is easier for you. Or start with something big if that motivates you. But start with CHANGING something.
If you’re cool (a little peer pressure) you’ll come back to this post and leave a comment about what you chose to change…. if anything.

My mindset will be different. I allowed negative thoughts and “nay sayers” to influence my thoughts, attitude, and as a result actions last week. What I will do differently is not listen and participate in negtivity, I will instead focus my energies on what I CAN do! With that said, repeat after me “I love the first time homebuyer”
Yay Linda! How friggin cool. F the nay-sayers I say! Screw ‘em what do they know anyway? By the way you’re right to LOVE the first time home buyer. Is there any more appreciative group for your services? NO! These guys are not yet jaded by the process – they are not used to buying homes – this is VERY special for them – and you get to be a part of that. I think you are lucky. Thanks for leaving this comment. No go kick some first time buyer ASS!

I have allowed my fear of rejection to prevent me from utilizing the tools that I have at my disposal. The resources that I have avaliable to me are a benefit to any realtor that wants to use them. I am offering them help in a difficult market. If they don’t want to take advantage, that’s their fault!
I will no longer plan to take action…I will take action!
Learn to LOVE rejection! See it instead of a perfect filtering system. Those that reject you are clearly assholes. Who wants to work with them? So they are eliminating the problem of discovering the fact that they are an asshole later, like in a a transaction where they become the biggest headache, not at all worth the commission. So instead call rejection an auto filter. The people that DO get you – are not assholes. See how this works?
Now go kick some ass!
