See it instead of a perfect filtering system. Those that reject you are clearly assholes. Who wants to work with them? So they are eliminating the problem of discovering the fact that they are an asshole later, like in a a transaction where they become the biggest headache, not at all worth the commission. The resources that I have avaliable to me are a benefit to any realtor that wants to use them. I am offering them help in a difficult market. If they don't want to take advantage, that's their fault! I allowed negative thoughts and "nay sayers" to influence my thoughts, attitude, and as a result actions last week. What I will do differently is not listen and participate in negtivity, I will instead focus my energies on what I CAN do!
