Ok, I admit it… Stefan Lubinski is a crazy man! I mean, you should hear some of our conversations! Talk about HIGH INTENSITY! Sometimes I worry that he’s going to jump out of his seat and crawl through the phone just to prove that he can!
Before you start sending me a bunch of hate mail for bagging on Stefan, I want to emphasize that I believe this is a good thing. Stefans <ahem> “high intensity” is actually a huge plus within ourworking arrangement. Why? Quite simply, because I’m so darn laid back!
You don’t need me to tell you that we’re all unique. Each of us have our own learning preferences. Some like to read, some like to listen, some like to watch videos. We all have different learning styles. So while some of you may love the fact that I’m calm and relaxed 99% of the time you see me speak, others may like to have that high intensity “kick in the pants” that Stefan delivers in spades! (Ever stuck a fork into an electrical outlet as child? That’s Stefan!)
So my point is this. I mentioned in my earlier post today that it’s critical to network. Sometimes I get loan officers who like to argue with me and explain that everyone should just market directly to the consumer themselves, and not worry about working with realtors.
My reply to that is this. Working as a loan officer, you are essentially in business for yourself right? How many 1 man businesses remain 1 man businesses when they want to expand? Not many. The whole point of growing a business is to reach more people.
To reach more people, you need more leverage, more time, more personality, more appeal. That’s what Stefan brings to the table on this blog. He has a whole new exciting world of contacts and referral partners, and experiences to share. Team up with the right group of agents, and you’ll soon be making a similar post on your blog. I can see it now: “Why [Insert your new realtor partners name here] is a crazy person…”
Now get out there and find some lunatics!

Ya well…
“Sometimes you feel like a nut….sometimes you don’t..”
So this blog has you covered either way.
Thanks Chad!
