Mortgage Marketing – Work? What’s That?

 

 

I was speaking to a group of about 500 loan officers recently, and I was startled by some of hte murmuring I heard in the audience. I had just detailed a very specific marekting plan that could easily put you in touch with, impress the heck out of, and ultimately build a relationship with the highest producing realtors in your market.

The kicker? This marketing plan could do all of this to multiple agents at once! After I had finished wrapping up the plan, I heard a few people whispering to their neighbors: “Wow – that sounds like alot of work!”

This really got to me. I know it shouldn’t have, but I keep hearing similar phrases from loan officers… The very same loan officers who tell me they are dead broke, and need to make money fast… Yet the one thing they focus on is whether or not something will be a lot of work? Well HELLO! Would you want it any other way?
