Great question Karen! I just commented on another blog about asking the “experts” if they practice what they preach.
The answer for me is simple. I stripped out the process!
I literally have no process for clients. Other than the need for them to pay in advance. I realize that may be a little painful – but you can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube, so once the stuff is out of my mouth – I can’t be chasing down payments.
